This unique system facilitates the sealing of tears and cracks, in order to renovate the internal surface afterwards until it has
regained its original form. A machine specially developed for this purpose fills deep tears and openings through the pressurised
injection of a high-quality, fibre-reinforced and adaptable resin. The combination of an innovative formulation and a sensible
application technique make sure the product adheres perfectly to humid surfaces. After setting, this will result in a strong and
seamless finish pass, forming a strong unity of high quality. The finish pass is resistant to diverse chemical products, sewage
sludge and waste water, rodents, fungi and bacteria.
It does not deteriorate during ageing (technical specification N' 103IL). Incaline® is sprayed quickly with a spraying machine
over the entire surface, including the bottom, side walls and vault. It will attach immediately on the existing subsoil after
being sprayed and also penetrates into all tears and cracks. The result is a seamless semi-smooth surface. Certain repairs,
such as single grouting, or small-size tanks, can be treated manually, enabling all sorts and difficult forms to be protected.
ADVANTAGES OF Incaline® IN COMPARISON TO EXISTING SYSTEMS.
The sewage form as well as the section changes do not influence the application-unity. The layer thickness is immediately
adapted to the several forms of damage and can be reinforced, if necessary. The surface is insensible to a systematic
build-up of dry residue and other sticky materials, which are inherent to waste water, the walls thus preserving low
capacity losses. A very short drying time ensures the sewage to be taken back into use quickly afterwards. The wet
cross-section of the sewage is hardly reduced, opposed to traditional renovating systems where a swift reduction of
30% can appear, depending on the diameter. Local repair works of cracks, tears, as well as filling holes, caused by the
absence of bricks or rotting processes can be made quickly.
The finish pass can be continued immediately afterwards. Incaline® penetrates all openings, seams,... and thus ensures
a fluent contour following finish pass. Mechanical damages, adjustments or changes to the finished surface can be easily
adjusted through the use of a repair kit. The possible local product removal needs to be done by grinding (sledge hammers
are to be avoided). It is also possible to treat parts of the sewage, such as the bottom or the walls or the ceiling or
the seams separately. Incaline® has a large chemical and mechanical resistance to everything that might end up in the sewage
(see physical characteristics). Incaline® can be applied at all times during the whole year, regardless of climatologic
circumstances.
